The type of straw is complex but it is easy to break and shape up. So the first step to carbonize straw is to crush them. In order to produce qualified carbon products, we must ensure the water content of straw is less than 12% in the carbonization process. To reduce the water content of the crushed straw, we can dry them naturally or dry them through long-cylinder drier. Then the crushed straw can be sent to the host for the carbonization reaction. It needs about ten minutes from the material in to out. The carbon after cooling can be squeezed into a bar through the stick machine and then a complete carbon rod is generated.
