The main raw material used to produce hemp stalk charcoal is kenaf. The kenaf can be sent to the carbonization machine usually after three basic steps, such as crushing, drying and sieving impurities. The hemp stalk chip will be heated to the high temperature in the oxygen-free reactor. After about 20 minutes, the hemp stalk chip would be turned into hemp stalk charcoal. At last, the temperature of the charcoal will be cooled down through the cooling device in case of the spontaneous combustion.
The hemp stalk charcoal can be widely used in many industries, such as ordnance fuse, rubber, plastics, environmental protection, brewing, fireworks, firecrackers and pharmaceutical industry and so on. It also can be used for adsorbing impurities, filtering sewage and purifying the air. So the development space of straw charcoal is very broad.
During the carbonization process of hemp stalk, some combustible gas such as carbon monoxide and nitrogen will be produced. We usually will send these gas into the combustion chamber for the second burning before the final discharge.
