Industrial carbonization machine is mainly composed of drier, carbonizing machine and other auxiliary equipment. There are two layers in carbonization plant, so the double-layer design makes the lower part of the machine contact the hot air as much as possible, and this design is helpful to raise the heat utilization efficiency from the beginning.
There are three times to make maximum use of the heat in the whole process of operation. And after three times of optimized usage of heat, the temperature of the emission gas is below 100 centigrade. Under the inspection of related institutes, the heat use ratio of our equipment is over 85%. The raw materials are rice shell, waste wood, sewage sludge,saw dust, crushed twigs, grass and others, and the final products we can get from carbonization furnace is artificial carbon, which owns fixed higher carbon content (about 90%). Compared with the general coal, its carbon content is twice as much as that of general coal. Furthermore, our carbonizing equipment adopts one fire two step method, which is unique in the world. At present there is no other technology equipment could be mentioned with us in the same breath.
