1. The raw materials of charcoal production equipment include sewage sludge, municipal solid waste, biomass waste such as peanut shell, palm shell, coconut shell, rice husk, wood, straw, sawdust, etc.
2. According to the carbonization requirement, the moisture of raw materials should be less than 20%, while the size should be no larger than 30mm. Thus we should install the pretreatment devices according to different raw materials.
3. After preprocessing, convey raw materials to the carbonization furnace, then we will use traditional fuels such as coal, wood, natural gas to heat the furnace for 30 minutes; when the temperature reaches the specific data, it will generate combustible gas and charcoal in the furnace. In general, the processing time keeps between 15 and 20 minutes, and the temperature of furnace is 650℃ to 780℃.
4. It is dangerous to discharge the hot charcoal directly, because the hot charcoal will contact with oxygen directly to cause big accident, so our charcoal making machine has been equipped with cooling system to reduce the temperature of charcoal to 30℃, and then collect directly. What’s more, the whole working process runs under the full-sealed condition. 5. The combustible gas generated in the carbonization process will be purified by spay dedusting system to remove sulphur component, and then this kind of material will be recycled to heat the furnace as well as dryer, which is the so-called one fire with two steps.
