Recently, three Spanish customers visited Beston’s factory of charcoal making machine. The director and engineers of Beston factory received them and introduced the professional workshop and the latest carbonization machine to them.
And then, they had a 2-hour meeting and discussed the newest design of the continuous carbonization furnace of Beston. The customers were impressed by some of our designs and also expressed their ideas and gave some suggestions about the machine.
After the meeting, they went back to the workshop and watched the real carbonization process on the demonstration equipment. The customers planned to use this machine to process coconut shells in their place, therefore, we prepared the raw materials ready in advance. The demonstration went smoothly and fast, and the customers were very satisfied with the quality final product, the coconut shell charcoal.
Besides, they were also interested in processing other agricultural wastes like rice husk and straw, so the sales consultant explained the differences between each kind of raw material to them patiently. The customers had huge interests in Beston machine and we are also looking forward to a cooperation with them in the near future.
